1. The prices listed above are for standard parcels only.
2. All wallet account holders must pay up all outstanding bills within the FIRST THREE (3) DAYS of a new month.
3. We encourage you not to delay our mobile executives (Riders) for more than 5 minutes during pick-up or delivery except with the company’s prior arrangement.
4. All pick-up requests for items to be delivered the same day must be made before 10 am. Any parcel that is not ready for pick-up by 11 am will not qualify for same-day delivery except express delivery options.
5. The client must send detailed package information before 11 am to meet up for ‘same-day delivery. Any parcel without a complete receiver’s detail by 11 am will not meet up for same-day delivery.
6. Our mobile executives have a prescheduled route for every delivery. Therefore, the delivery time for a package is dependent on the proximity of your location from our take of point. (Urgent requests with time specifications do not qualify for same-day delivery).
7. An express delivery option is available for urgent parcels delivery. Items will be delivered immediately after pick up or as specified by the sender/receiver. Please consider express delivery for all time-sensitive items.
8. The charges for express delivery are double that of regular same day delivery.
9. All deliveries will be required to have a signatory at the delivery destination. This signatory will be accepted as proof of delivery.

11. Full delivery charge applies for returned, rejected, avoided or missed deliveries after prior arrangement.
12. Delivery of parcels going to Trade Fair, Ojo, Alaba, Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki & Ikorodu axis will be done within 24 – 48 hours.
13. Parcels going to outskirt locations like AGBARA / OTA / IBEJU LEKKI / ELEKO / EPE / BADAGRY / MOWE / IBAFO / REDEEM CAMP will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours at the rate of N3,000
